Payq's vision is that in the debt collection process, two subprocesses can be identified: the process executed by the client and the process that starts from the moment Payq takes over the claim. Payq considers itself responsible for the latter part because the data of Payq's clients can be used for an effective and debtor-focused approach. In other words, Payq is the processor for that part of the process where Payq carries out the actions. Of course, a processing agreement is also negotiable, and if desired, we can provide a draft for this.
